The agreement between you and Finifun Software Sarl

By installing or using Poker Prism, you agree to the terms below. If you don't agree, please don't install the app.

1. License

Finifun Software Sarl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Poker Prism on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not transfer ownership of the app to you.

2. Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works of Poker Prism. You may not redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or sell the app. You may not use Poker Prism for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Finifun Software Sarl

3. Intellectual property

The Poker Prism name, logo, design, copy, source code, and all other materials are owned by Finifun Software Sarl and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your sessions and notes inside the app remain yours.

4. No warranty

Poker Prism is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Finifun Software Sarl does not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. Poker Prism is a journaling tool — it is not financial advice and does not guarantee any outcome at the tables.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finifun Software Sarl is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of Poker Prism.

6. Termination

This license remains in effect until terminated. If you violate any of these terms, your license ends automatically. On termination you must stop using Poker Prism and uninstall it from your devices.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Finifun Software Sarl is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
