The fastest place to find an answer is the topic cards below. If they don't cover it, write us — every email goes to a real person on the team.
Open Poker Prism, tap + New session, and fill in the result. The three score sliders and leak tags appear on the next screen — neither is required, but the more you log, the more useful Insights becomes.
You can edit any past session by tapping it from the Sessions list.
Settings → Leak library. The defaults are a starting point — rename them, delete the ones you don't use, and add tags that match your game. Tags created in Settings appear in the session entry flow on the next session you log.
Insights needs roughly ten sessions before patterns are reliable. Until then, the views are visible but variance is doing most of the talking. Filter by stake or format to narrow what the numbers describe.
Settings → Export → CSV. The file contains every field of every session — result, scores, tags, note, timestamps. Your data is yours; the export is plain text so it works with any spreadsheet, database, or coach's tool.
Email [email protected] with bugs, feature requests, or anything that didn't behave the way you expected.
Include your iOS version and how to reproduce the issue if you're reporting a bug — it cuts the back-and-forth roughly in half.
Most messages get a reply within one to two business days. Bug reports with reproduction steps usually get a faster turnaround because we can act on them immediately.
If you don't hear back within a week, your message likely got filtered — please send it again.
